In the initial meeting, the counsellor will review your goals and gain a wholesome understanding of your hopes for the therapy process. Our ultimate aim is to collaboratively develop a treatment plan during this first session.

Relationships are one of the greatest and most challenging aspects of our lives. Sometimes relationships become difficult and couples can get stuck in unhelpful patterns. In a couples counselling session, a counsellor will support couples with goals and growth for their relationship. This may include exploration and understanding of emotions, reconnection, or conflict resolution.

Adolescent Therapy (13-17)

We can support adolescents by helping them to understand their emotions, develop tools for coping, learn to communicate better, and help them explore self-love & acceptance. Examples of topics explored in a couples therapy session can include: Substance Use, bullying, anxiety, depression, self-harm.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that incorporates walking outdoors while talking about issues and problem-solving with your therapist. Depending on your preferences, your therapist may also incorporate aspects of mindfulness that integrates physical movement and observation of your natural surroundings.
